Welcome to the ProTrackS User Guide.  


ProTrackS (Project Tracking System) is a web-based services request system for the Center for Clinical and Transnational Science (CCTS).  ProTrackS provides the ability for you to request research and operational services from any of the CCTS foundations. 

In order to request help from the CCTS, you need to register your project in the CCTS ProTrackS system.  Please use the link below to enter some information about:

  1. The principal investigator (form 1) PI name, uNID, e-mail and phone contact
  2. The project (form 2) project title and funding status (pending, undetermined or funded) & under CCTS Services/Providers select Biomedical Informatics Services
  3. The action you would like approved (form 3) Under Request Approval for REDCap Action.

This registration should only take a few minutes.  If you have questions please let us know by replying bmic@chpc.utah.edu.
